Terms for MEGA draw

To enter the draw you’ll have to sign up for our newsletter at www.royalcopenhagen.com. Among all subscribers Royal Copenhagen A/S will draw the winners at 10.00 AM (GMT +1) on the following dates:

• 20th June 2008 – 5 winners of third prizes with a value of 1.049 DKK each
• 27th June 2008 – 5 winners of second prizes with a value of 1.398 DKK each
• 4th July 2008 – the winner of first prize with a value of 11.787 DKK

One e-mail address or participant can only win one prize in this draw. To arrange the shipment of the prizes the winners will be contacted through the typed/subscribed e-mail address and if Royal Copenhagen A/S doesn’t receive answers within 14 calendar days a new winner will be drawn. Royal Copenhagen A/S cannot inform the estimated time of arrival of the prizes. The prizes will be shipped as standard freight as soon as we receive your shipment detail.

Participants must subscribe to our newsletter with a correctly typed e-mail address. Royal Copenhagen A/S is not responsible for connection failures or circumstances that prevent you from gaining access to your e-mail or e-mail account.

The values of the prizes are based on the Danish retail prices in Danish Kroner (DKK) and the estimated value of the prizes in USD and EUR are based on exchange rates of Danmarks Nationalbank on the 2nd of April 2008:

• 1 USD = 4,76 DKK
• 1 EUR = 7,46 DKK

The prizes can not be exchanged to cash. If any of the announced products are out of stocks or if other circumstances prevent us from shipping the products, we reserve the right to replace the missed products with another product with the same value or more.

All prizes consist of items from our famous hand painted Blue Fluted Mega series.

• Third prizes consist of 1 pcs Jug 1,7L item with a value of 1.049 DKK.
• Second prizes consist of 2 pcs thermal mug 25 cl with a value of 1.398 DKK.
• First prize consist of dinnerware set for 4 persons with a total value of 11.787 DKK including following items:
  • 4 pcs plate 27 cm
  • 4 pcs plate 22 cm
  • 4 pcs deep plate 21 cm
  • 4 pcs thermal mug 25 cl
  • 1 pcs jug 1,7 l
  • 2 pcs oven ware rectangular 16x22cm
  • 4 pcs oven ware square 11x11 cm

  Participants are not committed to continue subscription to the newsletter after the draw. Participants may at any time unsubscribe from the newsletter. As soon as the participant unsubscribe to the newsletter, he will at the leave the draw.

  The subscribed e-mail addresses and the personal information provided for our newsletter will be stored but it will only be used to send you information and advertisements from Royal Copenhagen A/S or Sales Subsidiaries about our products, events, news, press releases, upcoming happenings, contests, online surveys, etc. Your personal information will not be shared, circulated, nor modified in any other way without your previous consent.

  Persons under 18 year old or Royal Copenhagen employees and the families of Royal Copenhagen employees may not subscribe to this competition.
