Updated Terms & Conditions of the Royal Copenhagen Collectors’ Club will become effective on 15 July 2026. The updated Terms & Conditions are available below the currently applicable terms.

1.   Mitglieder des Royal Copenhagen Collectors' Club müssen natürliche Personen sein, die mindestens 18 Jahre alt sind. Die Mitgliedschaft ist kostenlos. Eigentümer und Betreiber des Royal Copenhagen Collectors' Club ist Fiskars Denmark (Vita) A/S,Dirch Passers Allé 76, 2000 Frederiksberg, Dänemark. Fiskars Denmark (Vita) A/S (nachfolgend „Fiskars“ genannt) ist berechtigt, Mitgliedschaftsanträge aus beliebigen Gründen abzulehnen, sofern dies nicht durch geltendes Recht verboten ist. Mitglieder akzeptieren außerdem die Nutzungsbedingungen und Bedingungen zur Bruchgarantie von Royal Copenhagen.

2.    Ein zentraler Bestandteil unseres Services ist unsere Verpflichtung, Ihnen als Mitglied des Royal Copenhagen Collectors' Club ein personalisiertes Online-Service-Erlebnis zu bieten, genauso wie wir stets bestrebt sind, allen Besuchern unserer Geschäfte einen persönlichen und einzigartigen Service zu bieten. Indem Sie diese Allgemeinen Geschäftsbedingungen akzeptieren, erklären Sie sich damit einverstanden, dass wir Ihre Profildaten im Collectors' Club (einschließlich Ihrer Kaufdaten und Ihrer Interaktion mit unseren Anzeigen) analysieren, um Ihnen als Mitglied des Royal Copenhagen Collectors' Club den bestmöglichen persönlichen Service zu bieten. Das bedeutet, dass die Kommunikation, Empfehlungen und Werbung, die Sie sehen, auf Ihren Vorlieben und Interessen basieren

3.    Die personenbezogenen Daten der Mitglieder des Royal Copenhagen Collectors' Club werden gemäß der Datenschutzrichtlinie von Fiskars verarbeitet. Das Mitglied kann der Personalisierung entsprechend den in der Datenschutzrichtlinie genannten Möglichkeiten widersprechen. In diesem Fall sind die auf Personalisierung basierenden Dienste und Vorteile nicht verfügbar.

4. Mitglieder verpflichten sich, ihren Benutzernamen und Ihr Passwort vertraulich zu behandeln und sind für alle Aktionen verantwortlich, die unter deren Verwendung vorgenommen werden.

5.    Damit der Royal Copenhagen Collectors' Club Mitglieder bestmöglich betreuen kann, müssen die Mitglieder das Programm über Änderungen ihrer Kontaktdaten informieren. Mitglieder können ihre Kontaktinformationen aktualisieren, indem sie sich auf www.royalcopenhagen.com anmelden oder den Kundenservice kontaktieren.

6.    Eine Mitgliedschaft im Royal Copenhagen Collectors' Club ist eine Einzelmitgliedschaft. Nur das Mitglied selbst kann Käufe im Zusammenhang mit seiner Mitgliedschaft tätigen, sofern nichts anderes gesondert mitgeteilt wurde. Nur wenn die Mitgliedschaft anerkannt wurde, werden die Einkäufe auf die kumulierte Einkaufssumme angerechnet. Wenn die Mitgliedschaft im Royal Copenhagen Collectors' Club zum Zeitpunkt des Kaufs nicht anerkannt wird, wird der Kauf nicht nachträglich zur kumulierten Kaufsumme hinzugefügt. 

7.    Mitglieder können aus dem Royal Copenhagen Collectors' Club austreten, indem sie eine Kündigung per E-Mail  oder auf dem Postweg an Fiskars Denmark A/S, Royal Copenhagen Collectors' Club, Smedeland 46, 2600 Glostrup, Dänemark senden. Der Rücktritt wird einen (1) Monat nach Erhalt der Kündigungs-E-Mail wirksam.

8.    Fiskars ist berechtigt, die Mitgliedschaft zu kündigen, wenn ein Mitglied seine Mitgliedsvorteile innerhalb der vorangegangenen 36 Monate nicht genutzt hat oder gegen diese Allgemeinen Geschäftsbedingungen verstoßen hat.

9.    Fiskars hat das Recht, den Royal Copenhagen Collectors' Club aufzulösen und diese Allgemeinen Geschäftsbedingungen ohne gesonderte persönliche Mitteilung zu ändern oder zu ergänzen. Werden diese Allgemeinen Geschäftsbedingungen geändert, so werden die aktualisierten Allgemeinen Geschäftsbedingungen einen (1) Monat vor Inkrafttreten der Änderungen auf den Websites von Royal Copenhagen veröffentlicht.

10.    Fiskars ist bestrebt sicherzustellen, dass die über den Dienst angebotenen Informationen korrekt, zuverlässig und aktuell sind. Der Dienst wird jedoch „im Ist-Zustand“ bereitgestellt. Fiskars haftet nicht für direkte oder indirekte Schäden wie Verzögerungen, Einnahmeausfälle, Verlust von Geschäftswert, Nutzungsrechten oder Informationen oder andere finanzielle Verluste, die sich aus der Verwendung des Dienstes und der darin enthaltenen Informationen oder aus der Einstellung des Dienstes ergeben.

11.    Für diese Allgemeinen Geschäftsbedingungen gilt dänisches Recht. Kann ein Streit nicht durch Verhandlungen beigelegt werden, ist zunächst das Bezirksgericht Kopenhagen zuständig. Ein Mitglied kann auch vor dem Gericht erster Instanz des Ortes klagen, in dessen Gerichtsbezirk es seinen Wohnsitz hat. Mitglieder können die Angelegenheit auch dem Verbraucherschlichtungsausschuss vorlegen.

1. Royal Copenhagen Collectors' Club members must be natural persons who are at least 18 years old. Membership is free of charge. Fiskars Denmark (Vita) A/S (hereinafter referred to as Fiskars) is entitled to reject membership applications for any reason not prohibited by applicable law. Members also agree to Royal Copenhagen's Terms of Use and Breakage Warranty Terms & Conditions.

    

2. A core part of our service is our commitment to deliver a personalized online service experience to you as a Royal Copenhagen Collectors' Club member, just as we always strive to offer a personal and unique service to all visitors in our stores. By accepting these Terms & Conditions, you agree that we can analyse your Collectors' Club profile data (including e.g. your purchase data and interaction with our advertisements), connect the data with other customer data and provide targeted content with an aim to deliver best-in-class personal service to you as a member of the Royal Copenhagen Collectors' Club. This means that communication, recommendations and advertisements you may see are based on your preferences and interests. Members may object to personalization by contacting customer service or according to other options given in the Privacy Notice. Personalization based on use of cookies is subject to cookie consent (further information can be found in the Cookie Notice). If all personalization is turned off, the services and benefits offered based on personalization will not be available.

    

3. By joining Royal Copenhagen Collectors' Club, you agree that a webstore account is created for you. Your webstore account is linked to the email address you used when you joined the member program.

4. As a member of Royal Copenhagen Collectors' Club, you may receive marketing emails from Royal Copenhagen. You may opt out of marketing emails at any time by clicking the unsubscribe link in any marketing email, changing the marketing communications setting on your account or by contacting customer service.

    

5. Royal Copenhagen Collectors' Club members’ personal data will be processed in accordance with the Privacy Notice. Within the United States, our State Privacy Notice will also govern the program. Members must be natural persons who are at least 18 years old and Fiskars do not knowingly collect personal data from children under the age of 18. If we become aware that a child under 18 has provided personal data without verifiable parental consent, we will delete that information promptly.

    

6. Members undertake to keep their username and one-time passcode(s) confidential and are responsible for all actions taken using such username and one-time passcode(s).

    

7. In order for the Royal Copenhagen Collectors' Club to serve members in the best possible way, members shall inform the program of any changes to their contact details. Members can update their contact information by signing in on www.royalcopenhagen.com or by contacting customer service.

    

8. A Royal Copenhagen Collectors' Club membership is personal, and each member shall only have one registered membership. Membership benefits are also personal and can only be used by the member. Only the member himself/herself/themself can make purchases associated with their membership unless otherwise separately communicated. Members must sign into their webstore account before placing an order to receive the membership benefits at the checkout. If the Royal Copenhagen’s Collectors' Club membership is not recognised at the time of purchase, member will not receive the membership benefits, and the purchase will not be added to the accumulated purchase total retroactively.

    

9. Royal Copenhagen Collectors' Club membership benefits in effect from time to time, together with the terms governing such benefits, are available here.

    

10. Members may resign from the Royal Copenhagen Collectors' Club by sending a notice of termination by contacting customer service or by post to Fiskars Denmark (Vita) A/S, Royal Copenhagen Collectors' Club, Smedeland 46, 2600 Glostrup, Denmark. The resignation shall be effective one (1) month from the receipt of the termination email. Upon termination, all member benefits, including all active offers, expire.

     

11. Fiskars is entitled to terminate membership if a member has not used his/her member benefits within the preceding 36 months or if the member has infringed these Terms & Conditions.

     

12. Fiskars shall have the right to terminate the Royal Copenhagen Collectors' Club and alter or amend these Terms & Conditions without providing separate personal notice. If these Terms & Conditions are changed, updated Terms & Conditions will be posted on Royal Copenhagen’s websites one (1) month before the changes take effect. If you continue your membership after the changes have entered into force you are considered to have approved the changed Terms & Conditions.

     

13. Fiskars strives to ensure that information offered through the service is correct, reliable and up-to-date, however the service is provided on “as-is” basis. Fiskars shall not be liable for any direct or indirect damage, such as delay, loss of revenue, goodwill, right of use or information, or for other financial loss, resulting from the use of the service and information contained therein, or by the discontinuation of the service.

     

14. Unless otherwise required by applicable mandatory law, these Terms and& Conditions shall be governed by the laws of Denmark exclusive its choice-of-law rules and principles. If a dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation, the dispute will be resolved by the applicable courts in Denmark, unless otherwise stated by applicable mandatory law of the member’s place of residence.

For members in the United States, any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms & Conditions that cannot be resolved through negotiation shall be resolved by binding individual arbitration under the American Arbitration Association's Consumer Arbitration Rules, governed by the laws of the State of Delaware. You waive any right to participate in a class action. You may opt out by contacting customer service in writing within thirty (30) days of joining.

We will try to resolve any disputes with you directly. If you and we cannot resolve a dispute using our internal complaint handling procedure, you may have other options. Please check with Consumer Disputes Board, your local Consumer Protection Authority or alternative dispute resolution bodies, as applicable.

As a consumer, you will benefit from any mandatory provisions of the law of the country in which you are resident. Nothing in these Terms & Conditions affects your rights as a consumer to rely on such mandatory provisions of local law.
