How do I get the 200kr voucher

When you spend more than 1000kr on royalcopenhagen.com between 5 November and 23 December 2022, you will receive a Royal Copenhagen gift voucher of 200kr, that can be used in our online shop.

The gift voucher will not appear in your basket alongside your other items, but it is still added to your purchase and will be sent to your e-mail address.

Please note that if your spend more than 2700kr you will get our popular Daisy Bonbonniere as a gift (while stock lasts) instead of the 200kr gift voucher.

How do I receive the gift voucher?

You will receive the 200kr Gift voucher by email, when we have registered that you have received your Royal Copenhagen products.

So keep an eye on your inbox.

I do not want the voucher by email

If you purchase from Royalcopenhagen.com, and you do not want to receive the gift voucher by email, you must contact customer service within 24 hours, and they will make sure to send the voucher in a hard copy.

When can I use the voucher?

The Christmas gift voucher can be used from January 1st - March 31st, 2023 on Royalcopenhagen.com

How do I use the gift voucher?

Simply add your personal discount code to the “Apply promo code” field in your basket before continuing to checkout.

What are the terms and conditions of the gift voucher?

The gift voucher cannot be used to purchase discounted products, or be exchanged for cash or a gift certificate. Only one gift voucher can be used per purchase.
