How do I get the gift voucher?

When you spend more than €150 / NOK 1500 / £150 on royalcopenhagen.com from November 1 to December 23, 2025 you will receive a Royal Copenhagen voucher of €25 / NOK 300 / £30 that can be used in our online shop.

How do I receive the gift voucher?

You will receive the voucher in the package with the rest of your order.

When can I use the voucher?

The discount can be redeemed at www.royalcopenhagen.com from January 1 to March 31, 2026 on all purchases over €50 / NOK 600 / £60.

How do I use the gift voucher?

Simply add your personal discount code to the “Apply promo code” field in your basket before continuing to checkout.

What are the terms and conditions of the gift voucher?

If you make a purchase of €150 / NOK 1500 / £150 or more during the period from November 1 to December 23, 2025, you will receive a voucher that gives you €25 / NOK 300 / £30 off your next purchase at Royal Copenhagen during the period from January 1 to March 31, 2026 (hereinafter the “discount”).

The discount can be redeemed at www.royalcopenhagen.com. To use the discount, you must provide the discount code shown on your voucher. The discount can be used once and only on purchases of €50 / NOK 600 / £60 or more.

In the event of a return, the amount paid over and above the discount will be refunded, but the discount itself will not be refunded, nor will a new voucher be issued. If more than one item is purchased, the discount will be distributed evenly across all items, and this distribution will be maintained in the event of a return. If the original purchase of at least €150 / NOK 1500 / £150 is returned in full, the discount can no longer be used.

The discount cannot be used for the purchase of already discounted items, nor can it be exchanged for cash or store credit. Only one voucher can be used per purchase, and the discount cannot be combined with other discounts or promotional codes.
