Updated Terms & Conditions of the Royal Copenhagen Collectors’ Club will become effective on 15 July 2026. The updated Terms & Conditions are available below the currently applicable terms.

1.    Medlemmer af Royal Copenhagen Collectors' Club skal være privatpersoner, som er mindst 18 år. Medlemskabet koster ikke noget. Ejeren og kontrolløren af Royal Copenhagen Collectors' Club er Fiskars Denmark (Vita) A/S, Dirch Passers Allé 76, 1. og 2. sal, 2000 Frederiksberg, Danmark. Fiskars Denmark (Vita) A/S (herefter benævnt Fiskars) er berettiget til at afvise ansøgninger om medlemskab af alle grunde, der ikke modstrider sig den pågældende lovgivning. Medlemmer erklærer sig også enige i Royal Copenhagens brugervilkår og vilkår og betingelser for brudgarantien.

2.    En vigtig del af vores tjeneste er vores mission om at give en personlig serviceoplevelse online til dig som Royal Copenhagen Collectors' Club-medlem, ligesom vi altid har bestræbt os på at tilbyde personlig og unik service til alle besøgende i vores butikker. Ved at acceptere disse vilkår og betingelser accepterer du, at vi analyserer data fra din Collectors' Club-konto (herunder dine købsdata og interaktioner med vores reklamer) med henblik på at levere den bedst mulige personlige service. Dette betyder, at vores kommunikation, anbefalinger og reklamer til dig baseres på dine præferencer og interesser.

3.    Personlige data for Royal Copenhagen Collectors' Club-medlemmer behandles i overensstemmelse med Fiskars’s privatlivspolitik. Medlemmet har mulighed for at gøre indsigelse mod den personlige tilpasning i overensstemmelse med mulighederne i privatlivspolitikken. I dette tilfælde vil tjenesterne og fordelene, der tilbydes ud fra personlig tilpasning, ikke være tilgængelige.

5.    For at Royal Copenhagen Collectors' Club kan yde den bedst mulige service, bedes medlemmer informere om eventuelle ændringer i deres kontaktoplysninger. Medlemmer kan opdatere deres kontaktoplysninger ved at logge ind på www.royalcopenhagen.com eller ved at kontakte vores kundeservice.

6.    Et medlemskab af Royal Copenhagen Collectors' Club er et individuelt medlemskab, og det er kun medlemmet selv, der kan foretage køb relateret til medlemskabet, medmindre andet kommunikeres separat. Et køb bliver kun talt med i det samlede antal køb, hvis Collectors' Club-medlemskabet registreres i forbindelse med købet.

7.    Medlemmer kan opsige deres medlemskab af Royal Copenhagens Collectors' Club ved at sende en erklæring om opsigelse via e-mail eller via brevpost til Fiskars Denmark (Vita) A/S, Royal Copenhagen Collectors' Club, Dirch Passers Allé 76, 1. og 2. sal, 2000 Frederiksberg, Danmark. Opsigelsen træder i kraft én (1) måned fra modtagelsen af e-mailen eller brevet med opsigelsen.

8.    Fiskars kan opsige et medlemskab, hvis et medlem ikke har brugt sine medlemsfordele inden for de seneste 36 måneder, eller hvis medlemmet har forbrudt sig mod disse vilkår og betingelser.

9.    Fiskars har ret til at nedlægge Royal Copenhagen Collectors' Club og ændre eller rette disse vilkår og betingelser uden at varsle det til det enkelte medlem. Hvis disse vilkår og betingelser ændres, bliver de opdaterede vilkår og betingelser slået op på Royal Copenhagens hjemmeside, én (1) måned før ændringerne træder i kraft.

10.    Fiskars bestræber sig på at sikre, at de oplysninger, der gives via tjenesten, er korrekte, troværdige og opdaterede, men tjenesten tilbydes som "beset". Fiskars er ikke ansvarlig for direkte eller indirekte skade, f.eks. forsinkelser, tab af omsætning, goodwill, brugsret eller ret til oplysninger, eller for økonomiske tab, som konsekvens af brug af tjenesten og oplysningerne fra den eller ved ophør af tjenesten.

11.    Disse vilkår er underlagt dansk lovgivning. Hvis en tvist ikke kan løses ved forhandling, er det første skridt i løsning af konflikten Københavns Byret. Et medlem kan også starte med at indgive et krav til retten i det retslige område, hvor medlemmet bor. Medlemmer kan også indsende sagen til Konkurrence og Forbrugerstyrelsen.

1. Royal Copenhagen Collectors' Club members must be natural persons who are at least 18 years old. Membership is free of charge. Fiskars Denmark (Vita) A/S (hereinafter referred to as Fiskars) is entitled to reject membership applications for any reason not prohibited by applicable law. Members also agree to Royal Copenhagen's Terms of Use and Breakage Warranty Terms & Conditions.

    

2. A core part of our service is our commitment to deliver a personalized online service experience to you as a Royal Copenhagen Collectors' Club member, just as we always strive to offer a personal and unique service to all visitors in our stores. By accepting these Terms & Conditions, you agree that we can analyse your Collectors' Club profile data (including e.g. your purchase data and interaction with our advertisements), connect the data with other customer data and provide targeted content with an aim to deliver best-in-class personal service to you as a member of the Royal Copenhagen Collectors' Club. This means that communication, recommendations and advertisements you may see are based on your preferences and interests. Members may object to personalization by contacting customer service or according to other options given in the Privacy Notice. Personalization based on use of cookies is subject to cookie consent (further information can be found in the Cookie Notice). If all personalization is turned off, the services and benefits offered based on personalization will not be available.

    

3. By joining Royal Copenhagen Collectors' Club, you agree that a webstore account is created for you. Your webstore account is linked to the email address you used when you joined the member program.

   Here you can find instructions on how to access your account and how to delete your account.

4. As a member of Royal Copenhagen Collectors' Club, you may receive marketing emails from Royal Copenhagen. You may opt out of marketing emails at any time by clicking the unsubscribe link in any marketing email, changing the marketing communications setting on your account or by contacting customer service.

    

5. Royal Copenhagen Collectors' Club members’ personal data will be processed in accordance with the Privacy Notice. Within the United States, our State Privacy Notice will also govern the program. Members must be natural persons who are at least 18 years old and Fiskars do not knowingly collect personal data from children under the age of 18. If we become aware that a child under 18 has provided personal data without verifiable parental consent, we will delete that information promptly.

    

6. Members undertake to keep their username and one-time passcode(s) confidential and are responsible for all actions taken using such username and one-time passcode(s).

    

7. In order for the Royal Copenhagen Collectors' Club to serve members in the best possible way, members shall inform the program of any changes to their contact details. Members can update their contact information by signing in on www.royalcopenhagen.com or by contacting customer service.

    

8. A Royal Copenhagen Collectors' Club membership is personal, and each member shall only have one registered membership. Membership benefits are also personal and can only be used by the member. Only the member himself/herself/themself can make purchases associated with their membership unless otherwise separately communicated. Members must sign into their webstore account before placing an order to receive the membership benefits at the checkout. If the Royal Copenhagen’s Collectors' Club membership is not recognised at the time of purchase, member will not receive the membership benefits, and the purchase will not be added to the accumulated purchase total retroactively.

    

9. Royal Copenhagen Collectors' Club membership benefits in effect from time to time, together with the terms governing such benefits, are available here.

    

10. Members may resign from the Royal Copenhagen Collectors' Club by sending a notice of termination by contacting customer service or by post to Fiskars Denmark (Vita) A/S, Royal Copenhagen Collectors' Club, Smedeland 46, 2600 Glostrup, Denmark. The resignation shall be effective one (1) month from the receipt of the termination email. Upon termination, all member benefits, including all active offers, expire.

     

11. Fiskars is entitled to terminate membership if a member has not used his/her member benefits within the preceding 36 months or if the member has infringed these Terms & Conditions.

     

12. Fiskars shall have the right to terminate the Royal Copenhagen Collectors' Club and alter or amend these Terms & Conditions without providing separate personal notice. If these Terms & Conditions are changed, updated Terms & Conditions will be posted on Royal Copenhagen’s websites one (1) month before the changes take effect. If you continue your membership after the changes have entered into force you are considered to have approved the changed Terms & Conditions.

     

13. Fiskars strives to ensure that information offered through the service is correct, reliable and up-to-date, however the service is provided on “as-is” basis. Fiskars shall not be liable for any direct or indirect damage, such as delay, loss of revenue, goodwill, right of use or information, or for other financial loss, resulting from the use of the service and information contained therein, or by the discontinuation of the service.

     

14. Unless otherwise required by applicable mandatory law, these Terms and& Conditions shall be governed by the laws of Denmark exclusive its choice-of-law rules and principles. If a dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation, the dispute will be resolved by the applicable courts in Denmark, unless otherwise stated by applicable mandatory law of the member’s place of residence.

    For members in the United States, any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms & Conditions that cannot be resolved through negotiation shall be resolved by binding individual arbitration under the American Arbitration Association's Consumer Arbitration Rules, governed by the laws of the State of Delaware. You waive any right to participate in a class action. You may opt out by contacting customer service in writing within thirty (30) days of joining.

    We will try to resolve any disputes with you directly. If you and we cannot resolve a dispute using our internal complaint handling procedure, you may have other options. Please check with Consumer Disputes Board, your local Consumer Protection Authority or alternative dispute resolution bodies, as applicable.

    As a consumer, you will benefit from any mandatory provisions of the law of the country in which you are resident. Nothing in these Terms & Conditions affects your rights as a consumer to rely on such mandatory provisions of local law.

15. The owner and controller of the Royal Copenhagen Collectors' Club is Fiskars Denmark (Vita) A/S, Dirch Passers Allé 76, 1. og 2. sal, 2000 Frederiksberg, Denmark. The program has been established in accordance with, and is subject to, the laws of Denmark.
